Method

Preparation of Fries

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure a crisp texture for the fries.

  2. 2

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and truffle oil until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Bake the Fries

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Finishing Touches

  1. 6

    Add Parmesan

Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries.

  2. 7

    Garnish with Parsley

Chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the fries for added flavor and color.

  3. 8

    Serve with Ketchup

Serve the truffle-parm fries hot with ketchup on the side for dipping.
