Cheese Preparation

Slice the Pecorino Romano
Using a sharp cheese knife, slice the Pecorino Romano into thin wedges. Arrange them on a cheese board.

Prepare the Camembert
Leave the Camembert whole or cut it into quarters, depending on your preference. Place it on the cheese board next to the Pecorino Romano.

Cut the Shropshire
Crumble or cut the Shropshire cheese into bite-sized pieces and scatter them on the board.

Prepare the Fresh Baguette
Slice the fresh baguette into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them around the cheese on the board.

Wash and Prepare the Grapes
Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry. Place them in a small bowl and set aside.

Prepare the Walnuts
If whole, gently chop the walnuts into smaller pieces and put them in a small bowl.

Drizzle the honey over the cheese or serve it in a small dish for dipping.
