Preparing the Shrimp
- 1

Rinse the jumbo shrimp under cold running water to remove any debris. If the shrimp are not already deveined, use a sharp knife to make a shallow incision along the back of each shrimp and remove the intestinal tract.
- 2
Boil the Shrimp
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add the cleaned shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them.
- 3
Cool the Shrimp
Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry with paper towels.
- 4
Prepare the Lemon
Cut the lemon into wedges for serving. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
