Measure the Cognac
Using a jigger, measure out 2 ounces of Remy Martin XO Cognac and pour it into a snifter glass.

Add Ice (optional)
If you prefer your drink chilled, add one large ice cube to the glass. Otherwise, skip this step.

Garnish the Drink
If desired, use a peeler to create a thin strip of orange zest and twist it over the drink to release its oils. Drop the zest into the glass. Add a cinnamon stick for additional aroma and flavor.
