Preparation of Olive Salad

    Make the Olive Salad

    In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green olives, black olives, pickled vegetables, and minced garlic.

    Add Seasoning

    Sprinkle in the dried oregano, then drizzle the red wine vinegar and olive oil over the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

    Let it Marinate

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the olive salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Assembling the Muffuletta

    Slice the Bread

    Take the loaf of muffuletta bread and slice it in half horizontally.
