Method

Appetizers

  1. 1

    Prepare Mozzarella Sticks

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a deep skillet to 375°F (190°C). Carefully add mozzarella sticks to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Serve with Marinara Sauce

Serve the fried mozzarella sticks hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Main Course

  1. 3

    Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat.

  2. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the hamburger buns lightly. Place a portion of cooked beef on the bottom half of each bun. Top with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Side Dish

  1. 5

    Prepare French Fries

Prepare frozen French fries according to package instructions. Usually involves baking them in the oven or frying until golden and crispy.

  2. 6

    Season with Salt

Sprinkle salt over the hot fries to taste before serving.

Dessert

  1. 7

    Mix Brownie Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  2. 8

    Bake Brownies

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  3. 9

    Cool and Serve

Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
