    Pour the Cognac

    In a clean rocks glass, pour 2 oz of Martell VS Cognac.

    Add Ice (Optional)

    If desired, add one or two large ice cubes to the glass for a slightly chilled experience.

    Garnish

    Garnish your drink with a twist of lemon. Use a vegetable peeler to create a thin strip of lemon peel, and twist it over the glass to release the oils before placing it in the drink.
