Brew the Coffee
Start by brewing a strong cup of fresh roasted coffee. Use approximately 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds for every 6 ounces of water.

Mix the Ingredients
In a heatproof glass or coffee mug, combine 1 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey and 0.5 oz of rich simple syrup.

Add Coffee
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the glass, filling it to the rim, and stir gently to combine the whiskey and syrup with the coffee.

Top with Whipped Cream
Spoon 2 tablespoons of whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture. You can pipe it for a decorative finish if desired.
