Coffee Beans
Method
Brewing
- 1
Measure Coffee Beans
Using a coffee scale or measuring cup, measure out 0.5 cups of fresh roasted coffee beans. This can be adjusted based on the strength of coffee desired.
- 2
Grind Coffee Beans
Grind the coffee beans using a burr grinder until they reach a medium-coarse consistency. This will help extract the best flavor during brewing.
- 3
Boil Water
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a kettle. If you prefer decaf coffee, ensure you are using decaffeinated roasted beans.
- 4
Brew Coffee
Place the ground coffee in a coffee filter or French press. Pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds and let it steep for about 4-5 minutes.
