Dough Preparation

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine the warm milk (110°F) with the active dry yeast and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, melt the unsalted butter and let it cool slightly. Then mix in the eggs and the activated yeast mixture.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

Melt the unsalted butter for the filling and let it cool slightly.

Roll Out Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces.

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
