Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz of bourbon, 1 oz of amaro, and 0.5 oz of sweet vermouth.

Add Bitters
Add 2 drops of orange bitters to the mixing glass.

Ice and Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the oils from a slice of orange peel over the drink and drop it into the glass as a garnish.
