Method

Bruschetta

  1. 1

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Toast the Baguette

Drizzle the slices with olive oil and toast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes, until golden.

  3. 3

    Make the Tomato Topping

Chop the tomatoes and basil leaves. Mince the garlic and mix everything in a bowl with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Top the toasted baguette slices with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. 5

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

  2. 6

    Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parsley until well combined.

  3. 7

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

  4. 8

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Mini Meatballs

  1. 9

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 10

    Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. 11

    Cook the Meatballs

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

  4. 12

    Serve

Arrange the cooked meatballs on a platter and serve warm with toothpicks.
