Bruschetta

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.

Toast the Baguette
Drizzle the slices with olive oil and toast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes, until golden.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Top the toasted baguette slices with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
Stuffed Mushrooms

Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parsley until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

Bake the Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.

Cook the Meatballs
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Arrange the cooked meatballs on a platter and serve warm with toothpicks.
