It’s all held together with warm, soft griddle cakes made with the sweet taste of maple and no artificial preservatives or flavors and no added colors from artificial sources.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk and maple syrup. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Prepare the Griddle Cakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a bit of butter. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each cake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.

Cook the Griddle Cakes

In a skillet, cook the sausage patties over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. In another pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into a greased skillet and cook over medium-low heat, gently folding them until they are fluffy and fully cooked. Remove from heat.

Cook the Eggs

To assemble, place one griddle cake on a plate, top with a sausage patty, a slice of American cheese, another sausage patty, the fluffy folded egg, crispy bacon, and a second griddle cake. Drizzle with extra maple syrup if desired.
