Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Wagyu Top Sirloin

Season the Wagyu Top Sirloin with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and sear for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Seasonal Vegetables

In the same skillet used for the steak, add the seasonal vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Make the Mashed Potatoes

Once the potatoes are tender, drain and return them to the pot. Add milk and butter. Mash until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning with salt as needed.

  5. 5

    Finish the Steak

Once the steak is cooked to your liking, remove it from the skillet. Let it rest for a few minutes. Top with steak butter before serving.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and the Wagyu Top Sirloin. Enjoy your meal!
