Prepare the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and charred. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Cook the Fettuccini
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add fresh black pepper and salt to taste. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccini to the skillet with the cream sauce. Toss to coat the pasta well, adding reserved pasta water if needed for consistency. Add the sliced blackened chicken on top.

Garnish and Serve
