Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the black pepper fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as necessary.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta.

Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
