Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Mix the Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue mixing until well combined.

Add Eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Make sure the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Incorporate Cream and Flavorings
Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.

Add Flour and Salt
Sift in the all-purpose flour and salt. Gently fold into the mixture until just combined.

Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.

Cool and Serve
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about an hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
