Prepare Espresso

Brew Espresso
Brew 1 cup of strong espresso and let it cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, stir in 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar until dissolved.
Make the Filling

Prepare Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, beat 3 large eggs until they become pale and frothy.

Combine with Mascarpone
Add 16 oz of mascarpone cheese and 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

In another bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Fold Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer Ingredients
In a 9x9 inch dish, place a layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by half of the mascarpone filling. Repeat the layers.
Chill and Serve

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Add Cocoa and Chocolate
Before serving, dust the top with 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and sprinkle grated dark chocolate.
