Method

Shrimp Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.

  3. 3

    Finish with Fresh Parsley

Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp. Toss gently to combine.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Cook the Vegetables

Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, arrange the sautéed vegetables on one side and top with the garlic shrimp. Serve immediately and enjoy!
