Preparing the Chunk Steak

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the seitan and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated seitan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

Making Cafe de Paris Butter

    Step 3: Prepare the Butter

    In a bowl, mix vegan butter with parsley, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped capers, lemon juice, thyme, and salt until well combined. Refrigerate until needed.

Preparing the Crispy Mushroom Salad

    In the same skillet, add olive oil and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
