Wash the Jack Daniel's
In a mixing glass, combine the walnut oil and Jack Daniel's No. 7. Stir gently to wash the whiskey with the oil, then strain out the oil while retaining the whiskey.

Mix the cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the washed Jack Daniel's, Bitter Truth Apricot liqueur, fall spiced maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and tonka bean tincture.

Shake and strain
Shake vigorously until well chilled, then strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and serve immediately.
