Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for baking.

Prepare the Haddock
Rinse the haddock fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Add Cream and Seasoning
Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well and simmer on low for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Incorporate Lobster
Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and mix until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
Breadcrumb Topping

Prepare Breadcrumb Mixture
In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and olive oil. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Assembly and Baking

Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, place the seasoned haddock fillets. Pour the lobster cream sauce evenly over the top of the fish. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the sauce.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and the top is golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
