Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Prepare Vegetables
Thoroughly wash the mixed greens under cold water and spin dry in a salad spinner. Halve the cherry tomatoes, peel and slice the cucumber, chop the bell pepper, grate the carrot, and thinly slice the radishes.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, and radishes. Toss gently to mix.
Preparation of Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Crouton Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until all bread pieces are well coated.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Once the croutons are baked and cooled, add them to the salad bowl with the mixed greens and vegetables.

Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated.
