Meatball Preparation

    Mix Meatball Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

    Form Meatballs

    Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake Meatballs

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.

Swedish Meatball Sauce Preparation

    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, whisk in the flour until a paste forms. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
