Method
Prepare the Burger Patty

Prepare the Toppings
While the patty is cooking, slice the tomato and onion. Rinse the lettuce leaf and pat dry. Slice the olives and pepperoncini if necessary.

Prepare Tzatziki Sauce
If not using store-bought Tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl to prepare the Tzatziki sauce.
Assemble the Burger

Assemble the Greek Burger
Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the brioche bun. Layer the feta cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, and pepperoncini on top of the patty. Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the toppings and cover with the top half of the bun.

Optionally, serve the Greek burger with a side of French fries or your choice of regular side. Enjoy!
