Method

Assorted Breakfast Pastries

  1. 1

    Bake the Pastries

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the croissants, Danish pastries, and muffins on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 3

    Cook the Eggs

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set but still creamy. Remove from heat.

Bacon and Sausage

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 5

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, cook the sausage links according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.

Home Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Dice the onion and bell pepper.

  2. 7

    Cook the Home Fries

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chilled Juices and Coffee

  1. 8

    Serve the Beverages

Chill the juices in the refrigerator before serving. Brew the coffee and serve hot in carafes.

Seasonal Fresh Fruit

  1. 9

    Prepare the Fruit

Wash the mixed berries, slice the bananas, and cube the melon. Arrange them on a platter for serving.

Vegetable Omelet

  1. 10

    Prepare the Omelet Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Dice the bell pepper and onion, and chop the spinach.

  2. 11

    Cook the Omelet

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetables and sauté until softened. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Cook until the edges are set, then sprinkle with cheese and fold the omelet. Cook until the cheese is melted.

Eggs Benedict

  1. 12

    Prepare the English Muffins

Toast the English muffins until golden brown.

  2. 13

    Cook the Eggs

In a pot of simmering water, crack the eggs into individual ramekins and gently slide them into the water. Poach the eggs for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are runny.

  3. 14

    Assemble the Eggs Benedict

Layer the toasted English muffin halves with a slice of Canadian bacon and a poached egg. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce and serve immediately.

French Toast

  1. 15

    Prepare the French Toast Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

  2. 16

    Cook the French Toast

Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, allowing them to soak briefly. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the soaked bread slices until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
