Method

Prepare Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, beat the eggs in the second bowl, and place the breadcrumbs mixed with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in the third bowl.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip into the flour, shaking off excess. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside on a plate.

Cook Chicken Tenders

  1. 4

    Heat Oil

In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Fry Chicken Tenders

Once the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the skillet. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Fries

  1. 6

    Cook the Fries

According to package instructions, cook the frozen French fries in an oven or fryer until crispy. Season with salt to taste.

Serve

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Arrange the cooked chicken tenders and fries on a serving plate. Offer a selection of sauces on the side for dipping.
