Preparation of Chicken Wings

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare Wings

    In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

    Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.

Cooking the Wings

    Bake the Wings

    Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Prepare Buffalo Sauce

    Make the Sauce

    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.

Toss Wings in Sauce

    Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over the wings. Toss until they are evenly coated.

Prepare Blue Cheese Dressing

    In a bowl, combine blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
