Preparing the Bread

Slice the Baguette
Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Aim for about 10-12 slices.

Brush with Olive Oil
Lightly brush both sides of each slice with olive oil using a pastry brush.

Grill the Bread
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the bread slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Dice the Tomatoes
Remove the stems from the Roma tomatoes and dice them into small pieces.

Chop the Basil
Stack the basil leaves, roll them tightly, and slice them into thin ribbons (chiffonade).

Mince the Garlic
Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely.

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss to combine.

Add Balsamic Glaze
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the tomato mixture and toss gently to coat the ingredients evenly.
Assembling Bruschetta

Top the Bread
Spoon a generous amount of the tomato mixture onto each grilled bread slice.

Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately, enjoying the fresh flavors.
