Greek Feta Dip

Prepare the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.

Blend the Dip
Using a hand mixer or food processor, blend the mixture until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Prepare the Cucumber
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Toasted Pita

Prepare the Pita
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush with Olive Oil
Brush each pita bread with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle lightly with salt.

Toast the Pita
Place the pita directly on the oven rack and toast for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into triangles for serving.
