Method

Cooking the Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

    Once boiling, add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.

    Add 2 cups of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

    Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Preparing Vegetables

    While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the cherry tomatoes in half.

Combining the Salad

    In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped vegetables (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley).
