Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the Ghirardelli brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Pour the brownie mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.

In a large serving dish, layer half of the Oreo cookies at the bottom. Slice bananas and layer them on top of the cookies. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.

Repeat the layers with the remaining Oreo cookies, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture.

Finish by spreading whipped cream over the top of the pudding. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
