Meat Selection

Method

Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

Trim excess fat from the beef tenderloin and season all meats with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef tenderloin, pork chops, and chicken breasts. Ensure all meats are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

Cooking Instructions

  1. 3

    Cook the Beef Tenderloin

Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the beef tenderloin from the marinade and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 4

    Cook the Pork Chops

In the same grill or skillet, cook the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

  3. 5

    Cook the Chicken Breasts

Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Slice the beef tenderloin and arrange it on a serving platter alongside the pork chops and chicken breasts. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately, allowing guests to squeeze fresh lemon juice over the meats as desired.
