Pistachio Whipped Feta

  1. 1

Roasted Beets Salad

  1. 2

    Roast the Beets

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Wrap beets in foil and roast for about 45-60 minutes until tender. Let cool and peel.

  2. 3

    Prepare the Salad

Slice the roasted beets and toss them with arugula, feta, walnuts, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Muhammara Dip

  1. 4

    Blend the Dip

In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, walnuts, garlic, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Tzatziki

  1. 5

    Prepare the Tzatziki

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.

Spiced Carrots

  1. 6

    Cook the Carrots

Peel and slice the carrots. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the carrots with cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt until tender.

Radish Cucumber

  1. 7

    Prepare the Salad

Slice the radishes and cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

House-Made Pita

  1. 8

    Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix flour, water, yeast, olive oil, and salt. Knead until smooth and let rise for 1 hour.

  2. 9

    Cook the Pita

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Divide the dough into balls, roll them out, and cook each pita for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
