Pasta

Method

Cook Pasta

1

Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add salt to the water.

2

Cook Fettuccine

Add fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Chicken

3

Season Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

4

Cook Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.

Make Alfredo Sauce

5

Melt Butter

In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat.

6

Add Garlic

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

7

Add Cream

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir continuously.

8

Add Cheese and Season

Slowly add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve

9

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly.

10

Slice Chicken

Slice the cooked chicken breasts.

11

Serve

Plate the pasta, top with sliced chicken, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
