Pan Seared Salmon

Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Sear the Salmon
Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down (if applicable). Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Flip the Salmon
Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Finish with Lemon Juice
Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the salmon with lemon juice before serving.
