Spicy Egg Rolls
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine ground pork, shredded carrots, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Mix well.
Roll the Egg Rolls
Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over the filling, and roll tightly. Seal the edges.
Baby Back Ribs
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the ribs with a mixture of brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
Glaze and Broil
Remove the ribs from the oven, brush with barbecue sauce, and broil for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
Avocado Fries
Prepare the Avocados
Slice the avocados into wedges and season with salt and pepper.
Set Up Breading Station
In one bowl, place flour. In another, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
Bread the Avocado Wedges
Dredge each avocado wedge in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
