Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  4. 4

    Wrap and Bake

Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

  5. 5

    Apply BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil. Brush the Carolina BBQ Sauce generously over the ribs.

  6. 6

    Broil for Finish

Turn on the broiler and place the ribs under it for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce, watching closely to avoid burning.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut into portions and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
