Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Eggs

  1. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.), about 3-4 minutes.

Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

  2. 6

    Cook the Potatoes

In a separate skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Toast

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

While the steak and potatoes are cooking, toast the slices of bread to your preference using a toaster or in a skillet.
