Prepare the Chicken Tenders

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken tenders in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make the Ranch Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Assemble the Salad

Chop the Vegetables
Roughly chop the romaine lettuce and cabbage. Dice the tomatoes, and slice the green onions. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.

Mix the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, cabbage, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. Toss gently to mix.

Add the Dressing
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.

Top with Chicken
Slice the fried chicken tenders into strips and place them on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
