Preparing the Quiche Filling

Add Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Eggs and Dairy
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Cooking the Quiche

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Pie Crust
If using a store-bought or homemade pie crust, place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the quiche filling into the crust.

Bake
Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.

Cool
Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Cook Potatoes
In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Cook Bacon or Sausage
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy or cook the sausage links according to package instructions.

Toast the slices of white or wheat bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
