Method

Omelet Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Omelet

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil or butter. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.

  3. 3

    Add Fillings

Sprinkle your chosen fillings (any two items) evenly over one half of the omelet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the omelet is fully set but still moist.

  4. 4

    Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings and slide it onto a plate. Keep warm while you prepare the breakfast potatoes.

Breakfast Potatoes Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 6

    Cook the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Toast Preparation

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

While the potatoes are baking, toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Serve alongside the omelet and potatoes.
