Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Prosecco

Before serving, chill the bottle of Lamarca® Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in an ice bucket for 30 minutes to ensure it's perfectly cold.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or reamer until you have 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the chilled Lamarca® Prosecco and the fresh orange juice. Stir gently to mix without losing the carbonation of the prosecco.

  4. 4

    Serve

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses, filling each glass halfway. Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of each glass if desired.
