Prepare the Pancake Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.
Cook the Pancakes

Preheat the Griddle
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.

Pour the Batter
Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/3 cup of pancake batter onto the heated skillet for each pancake.

Cook Until Bubbly
Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.

Flip and Cook
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
