For the Jerk Salmon

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, and honey to create a marinade.

Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the salmon is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Rinse the Rice
Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

For the Sautéed Spinach

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
