In a cocktail shaker, combine the Monin Brilliance Dragon Fruit Syrup, pineapple juice, and house sweet & sour mix.

Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
