Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, 1 oz of Melon Liqueur, 3 oz of Pineapple Juice, and 1 oz of Cranberry Juice.

Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.
