Cook the Eggs
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. If making scrambled eggs, add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, pour in the whisked eggs and stir gently until they are cooked to your desired doneness. For fried eggs, add a little butter to the skillet, then crack the eggs directly into the pan. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks reach your preferred firmness.
- 3
Season the Eggs
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the cooked eggs to taste.
Cooking the Bacon or Sausage

Cook the Bacon or Sausage
Turn the heat to medium and cook until the bacon is crispy or the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes for bacon and 10-12 minutes for sausage. Flip them halfway through cooking for even browning.
