Method
Prepare the Wings

Cut the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-2 inches in size.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Coat the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mix, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the dry mixture. Shake off any excess flour.
Cook the Wings

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.

Toss Wings in Sauce

Combine Wings and Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken pieces with the prepared Buffalo sauce until well-coated.
Prepare French Fries

Heat Oil for Fries
In a separate pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Cook French Fries
Add the frozen French fries to the hot oil and fry according to package instructions until crispy. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt to taste.

Serve the Buffalo wings hot alongside French fries and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce.
