Preparing the Chicken

Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and chopped green onions. Toss them together to mix well.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

Combine Salad Ingredients
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and green onions. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly with the dressing.

Top the Salad
Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad. Sprinkle the wonton strips and sesame seeds over the salad for added crunch and flavor.
